Edwards 517TCSB-W Smoke Alarm

Edwards Photoelectric smoke detector alarm features a solid state piezo signal and a 177 cd strobe with FIRE lettering. It includes three position functional test switch with quadra-port smoke entry and has solid-state LED condition indicator with quick disconnect wiring harness. It has the smoke alarm that operates on the light scattering principle using a pulsing LED light source and a photodiode sensor in a fully screened sensing chamber. Alarm when activated emits a local audible signal of about 100 dB at 1 m and activates the high intensity strobe. It works with 9 VDC alkaline battery back-up and audible low battery chirp. Smoke detector alarm features tandem connection up to six alarms per system and the dry contacts that will activate from the tandem wire. It has temporal pattern evacuation sounding device that offers three pulse tone as a standard feature. It can be wall mounted on a 4-Inch square mounting box using a universal mounting plate and has a quick disconnect plug connection. It has the current rating of 0.4 Amps and voltage rating of 120 VAC at 60 Hz. It has the operating temperature of -40 to 100 deg F. It is ideal for using where both audible and visual alarms are required. Smoke detector alarm is UL listed.
