Website was easy to use. My unit arrived when it was promised in excellent condition with owners manual and all attachments. Assembly was easy. I Filled the tank with 50:1 synthetic oil mixed with non-ethanol premium fuel which I use in all my lawn equipment. I followed the starting sequence from the manual and it started right up. I am impressed with the narrow design and centralized location of the outlet which is easier on the wrists. The unit is quiet and east to hold onto. Subsequent starts required half choke in all but immediate off and on use. I’ve used the blower about two hours total with no problem.
